These terms apply when you use careonco.ai. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is run by CareOnco Biotech Private Limited (“Care Onco Biotech”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office at S-70, Ground Floor, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi 110017, India, and its office at A301, 3rd Floor, The Platina, Gachibowli–Miyapur Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032, India. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a signature.

1. Scientific and corporate information, not medical advice

The site describes our company, research and the TEPScan™ technology. It is scientific and corporate information intended mainly for healthcare professionals, laboratories, partners and investors. It is not an advertisement or offer of any product to the public.

• Regulatory status. TEPScan™ is in development. It has not yet been approved or licensed by any regulator for clinical diagnostic use, and nothing on this site claims that it is safe or effective for that use. Any test or kit we supply for research is for research use only and not for use in diagnostic procedures.
• Nothing on the site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a recommendation to take or avoid any test or treatment. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your health.
• You cannot order a test, or receive results, through this site.
• Performance figures and study results describe specific research studies. They are not a guarantee of how the test will perform in clinical use.

If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services straight away.

2. No offer or investment advice

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, shares or other securities in Care Onco Biotech, or investment advice. Statements about our plans, products, markets or future results are forward-looking. They reflect our expectations when they were published and involve risks and uncertainties, so actual results may differ. They speak only as of that date, and we have no duty to update them. Any investment discussion happens only under separate written agreements.

Likewise, nothing on the site is an offer to supply products or services. Partnerships, laboratory access and supply are governed by separate written agreements.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the site, including text, graphics, images, video and design, belongs to Care Onco Biotech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. TEPScan™ and the Care Onco Biotech name are trademarks of CareOnco Biotech Private Limited, and the TEPScan™ technology is the subject of patent filings.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, modify or sell any part of it, or use our trademarks, without our written permission.

4. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any law or harms anyone;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems, or disrupt them;
• scrape or copy content in bulk, including to train AI or machine-learning models, without our written permission; or
• misrepresent your identity or your connection with Care Onco Biotech.

5. Information you send us

Anything you send through the contact form or by email, including ideas, proposals or business plans, is not treated as confidential and does not create any obligation for us, unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you that covers it. Please do not send confidential information until such an agreement is in place. How we handle the personal data in your message is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other websites

The site links to websites we do not control, such as publications, award pages and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site.

7. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site without notice.

The site is run from India. Its content may not be appropriate or lawful in every country, and if you use it from outside India you are responsible for following your local laws.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or expense, including reasonable legal costs, that results from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies each time you use the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or the site.

13. General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
